Ease and simplicity for families is one of our main goals at TNNA. We take on the responsibility of thoroughly vetting each nanny to ensure they meet the highest standards of care. This includes verifying resumes, checking references, and conducting in-depth background and DMV checks. All of our nannies are required to have a valid driver's license, up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications, and to provide at least three references. We also personally interview each candidate to ensure they align with your family’s needs and expectations before they start. By handling this rigorous vetting process, we ensure that only qualified, trustworthy caregivers are presented to you, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

The Nannies Nanny Agency was born out of a desire to ensure that parents in Connecticut and parts of Massachusetts can find the best nanny for their family. TNNA is owned and operated by me, Cassidy.
With over a decade in the private childcare field, as well as being a mother, I intimately understand the stress and anxiety that can come with finding someone new to care for your children.
